Charlotte, thanks so much for all your help and support as it undoubtedly allowed us to have the labour and birth we desired, despite things not quite going to plan.

 

Our baby had opened her bowels inside me so we could not birth on the birthing centre or have a water birth as planned as needed monitoring closely. However, our midwife was highly respectful of the importance of hypnobirthing and read our birth plan intimately and followed it thoroughly. She created an inviting environment for us to welcome our baby and used some of our affirmations and statements. She supported my husband to be present and continue with our relaxation, music and meditations which helped immensely.

 

Our hypnobirthing sessions with you allowed us to feel completely in control of our labour and birth which supported me to have an intervention free delivery of our gorgeous 8.4lb baby, despite doctors wanting to regularly intervene. Your sessions informed us of our rights in terms or what we could ask for, how to ask, what we can accept and refuse confidently.

 

Finding you was by far the best part of our pregnancy journey as it helped us in more ways than we could list. Our midwife said I had exceeded her expectations completely having a smooth, quick and calm labour, which we attribute to what he learnt and implemented as a result of hypnobirthing. Thank you for your ongoing help and support, your knowledge and expertise is second to none, simply amazing.
